INSET days for woodwind teachers

Gareth is available for Pearl Flutes Sponsored INSET days. These are one-and-a-half to two hour sessions with general woodwind teachers that also teach flute. The purpose of the sessions is to provide hints, tips and proven methodology on sound production.

Gareth delivers these sessions in the form of an interactive, lively and (hopefully) inspiring presentation on teaching fundamental flute sound technique and fielding general flutey questions, and enabling discussion and sharing of knowledge on everything from posture and articulation to hand position and breathing.

Dear Gareth
Just wanted to reiterate my thanks for your presentation last week.

There has been much discussion and many comments eminating from my colleagues, the re-accuring theme from them all is undoubltedly your inspiational performance to conclude the afternoon, and positive disscusion that has ensued with regard to the 'strike wall' and "diaphragm" or lack of it!

We were all impressed with the quality of the Flutes you presented and I am sure will feature in our future recommendations to our pupils.

Once again a sincere thank you from colleagues and myself.

Kind regards to yourself and Pearl Flutes.
